Andrew joined the pastoral staff at the Vine in January 2010, after a long term involvement with the church, having previously served in youth leadership and the Eldership board. Born in the UK, Andrew moved to HK at age 12, which he now considers his true home. Andrew is passionate about seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ, and others, through teaching, preaching, and training. He has a Masters in Theology and heads up the bible school program at The Vine. Andrew is married to Christine, a kiwi, and they are currently in the process of adopting their first child.

Priscilla is the Children’s Pastor at The Vine and is originally from Sweden. She comes from a missionary background and spent her childhood in Pakistan and part of her teen years in mainland China and HK. Priscilla is married to Daughin and they have three children aged 11, 6 and 5. They have been involved in various types of ministries at The Vine over the years and are honored to be working with the wonderful children and families of The Vine.

Born in UK, Matt has spent most of his life living in Hong Kong where most of his family resides. Matt has been youth pastor at The Vine since 2006, and has a call to reach the next generation. He is married to his wife Megan, who helps to co-run the youth ministry. They both love out of the box, non-religious Christianity, and have a passion to reach the lost.

Tom has been on staff at The Vine since 2001, and oversees the entire Worship and Creative Arts (WACA) department. Tom is passionate about worship, and leads worship throughout Asia with The Vine Band. Tom is married to Jacinta and they have two children, Layla and Dylan. They have both lived in HK for most of their lives and consider this amazing city to be the place they call home.

Born in Wales, Mark spent his formative years in Hong Kong, before returning to the UK with his family aged 10. In 2007 Mark interned at The Vine before coming onto full time staff at The Vine in 2008. He currently helps run the Worship & Creative Arts Department and oversees the daily running of the worship team. Mark enjoys golf, travelling, movies and reading. Mark married the love of his life, Kayi, in 2008.

Originally from New Zealand, John worked for 15 years as a Child and Family social worker with a Christian support service. He moved with his Wife, Anne, to Hong Kong in January 2003, and began attending The Vine. He was appointed to the elder’s board in March 2005, and then employed as community pastor in Sept 2007, where he helps to oversee The Vine's ministry to asylum seekers and refugees.
