Our next Manna theology course is called "The Grace of Gifts" and begins on Wednesday November 16 and runs for three consecutive weeks. This is a brand new course and is aimed at helping participants gain a full understanding of Paul's theological discussion of Spiritual Gifts and his understanding of how they should operate in the Body of Christ. Each week of the course will look at a different Scriptural passage from Paul on Spiritual Gifts and discuss the main principles that should guide our use of them today. What is Manna?
Manna is The Vine's theology / bible school ministry that aims to bring relevant, life-changing theological teaching to empower you life and walk with Christ... see also Exodus 16; Psalm 78:24.
What Can I Expect?
Our courses are 3+ weeks in length and run on consecutive Saturday mornings from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Each morning is broken into two sessions and include in-depth teaching, practical group work and lots of time for questions and discussion
We believe in a 'Head / Heart / Hand' approach to studying God's word:
- Head: Engaging and using the mind;
- Heart: Absorbing God's truth in our hearts; and
- Hand: Acting upon God's word practically
Who Runs the Courses?
Our courses are designed and run by a variety of leaders from our church. Presesnters are chosen based on both their academic and practcial backgrounds.
Is There a Cost to the Course?
Each course costs HK$200 per person. This covers instruction, course material, and geneal overheads. If, however, you would like to study but canot afford to pay, please speak to us.
